The BAKENEKO SAKE brand partners a selection of independent breweries in Saga Prefecture - the Saga Brewing Collaboration - with the goal of sharing our delicious nihonshu with the world. Brewed with locally farmed rice and centuries of Saga tradition, we present our delightfully smooth and delicate local sake for your discovery.

We present this FIRST EDITION of the Bakeneko Sake line, with an expression brewed by the Munemasa Shuzo Co. of Arita, Japan. There will be more sake to come!
